About

So far, what you'll find here is produced by Flynn, who was a deep generalist before the term existed and has worked in computing since 1983. He's pretty much run the gamut from the kernel up through distributed applications (with a common thread of communications and security throughout) as well as working roles from solo coder up through Silicon Valley VP.

Since 2022, he's been a tech evangelist at Buoyant, educating developers about Linkerd, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development in general. He's a coauthor of Linkerd: Up and Running from O'Reilly, a chair of the CNCF AI Gateway Working Group, a co-lead of Gateway API for mesh, and the original author and longest-serving maintainer of the Emissary-ingress API gateway.

He is most easily found as @flynn on the CNCF or Linkerd Slacks.
